<div>I’m 46 years old, from Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. I was born with cerebral palsy, and in 2020, I lost my leg after an injury that couldn’t be repaired. I live every day with advanced osteoarthritis, chronic pain, and limited mobility in my shoulders from constant overuse of my wheelchair.

<div>In 2019, my husband passed away. We lost half our income overnight. Since then, I’ve survived on $1,091 a month from SSI, with no reliable transportation and no accessible housing options nearby.

<div>Now, after years of doing everything I could to hold us together, we’ve been told to leave our apartment by August 31st. And to make things worse, my daughter owes $5,000 in tuition by August 11th or she’ll lose her spot at Kutztown University.
