<div>Our dear friend Dexter has recently been diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease — a progressive and currently incurable condition that affects the nervous system, gradually impacting muscle control. This devastating news has turned Dexter and his wife Janay’s world upside down.
