<div><strong>How a Well led us to create a Farm</strong>
</div>

<div>The costs of completing the well at Jardi de Llum unexpectedly skyrocketed due to a series of challenges that started a few months ago when Bijan and Shamataa began building a well.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>First, they received a fine of 6,600€ for exceeding the one-year limit on the drilling permit after someone reported them to the authorities. 
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fine also required them to apply for a new permit—but the only option available was to apply as farmers and reconvert part of their land into agricultural farming to secure the necessary license to complete the well.  
</div>

</div>
<div>To meet the new permit requirements, this option implied that they had to fence off a portion of our land and convert it into grazing ground for animals. This involved clearing the area, cutting and processing trees for fencing, repairing walls… 
</div>

</div>
<div>The scope of work required for this conversion nearly doubled the initial costs, leaving them in need of a financial boost to move forward.
</div>
