CATHARINES is a group of passionate residents who believe our city deserves better than the dangerous, toxic abandoned GM industrial site that sits in the heart of our community. For years, elected officials have made promises to address this issue, but little has been done. Meanwhile, families and neighbours are exposed to harmful industrial chemicals and forced to live alongside rundown, unsightly buildings that threaten our health and the future of St. Catharines.
