<div>Hi, my name is Steve Webb, and I’m proud to serve as a Project Manager at CHACE Farms. I’m raising funds to help my cousin, Tyree Smith, bring his vision for CHACE Farms fully to life.

<div>CHACE ( Chattahoochee Hills Arts, Culture &amp; Entrepreneurship) Farms is part of the larger CHACE Village — a 73-acre Creative placemaking development in Chattahoochee Hills, just 20 minutes from the Atlanta airport. It’s a one-of-a-kind space where arts, culture, entrepreneurship, wellness, and agriculture come together to serve community.

<div>This campaign will help us prepare the property for our official launch in Spring 2026. Funds raised will go directly toward:
</div>
<div>•	Infrastructure buildout — clearing land, utilities, fencing, and safety systems
</div>
<div>•	Equipment purchasing — farming tools, storage, and activation supplies
</div>
<div>•	Ruff Start development — a 3-acre sanctuary for rescue dogs to be rehabilitated as support animals and adopted into the Creative community
</div>
