<div>-Severe mitral regurgitation caused by ruptured chordae tendineae in a heart valve

</div>

<div>-Coronary artery disease affecting multiple blood vessels

</div>

<div>An echocardiogram confirmed that her heart is under great strain: her left atrium is enlarged, her valves are leaking, and her heart wall is thickened. These conditions mean she urgently needs medical and surgical treatment to survive and avoid more serious complications.

<div>Carmelinda is the pillar of our family and now she needs us more than ever. The cost of hospitalization, surgery, and treatment is very high for us to afford.
