<div>Ouk Sopheakmolika is a courageous trade unionist and labour rights activist. A member of the Labour Rights Supported Union of Khmer Employees of NagaWorld (LRSU) in Cambodia, Molika has dedicated years of her life to advocating for workers' rights.

<div>As a prominent member of LRSU, Molika has been at the forefront of a more than three years long strike at NagaWorld Casino in Phnom Penh, where workers continue to protest a mass layoff of workers conducted by the company during the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout this time, she has been without a steady income, sacrificing everything to fight for the rights of herself and her colleagues.

<div>Now, Molika faces the life-threatening diagnosis of rectal cancer.

<div>Due to the limitations of Cambodia's health system, she urgently needs to travel to Thailand in order to confirm her diagnosis and explore potential treatment options.
