<div>After 20 years of building a community for artists and truth-tellers, AZAA must relocate by February. A sudden rent increase forced us out of our McDowell studio. But we found the perfect new home: the historic Green Gables Castle on 24th &amp; Thomas. This move will only happen with the community that built this school, and we truly cannot make it through this transition without your support.

<div>To make the move possible by February, we’re raising <em>$20,000</em> to cover <em>essential </em>costs:
