<div>My name is Brook, and the past year and half has been the hardest of my life. I lost my farm to the Helene flood, with only my service dog Sweetpea left and nowhere else to turn, I put everything I had into buying a bus. This bus is not just our home, it has become our safe place and my hope and dream for starting over. Sweetpea and I are trying to recover the best we know how.

<div>Unfortunately, , as someone living with a disability, still waiting for SSI and struggling to find resources for income, I simply can't afford the daily gas, the maintenance, the insurance and the desperately needed repairs to the roof and the transmission along with bad brakes. The bus isn't just a vehicle—it's my shelter and my only way to get to the doctor’s appointments I need in order to secure my disability benefits. Without it, I would have nowhere to go and no way to move forward. I need help to cover the costs that are piling up inching closer to us loosing everything all over again.

<div>If it wasn't for the kindness of strangers Sweetpea and i wouldn't have made it through all the loses. I need some angels to help me save our home, because the thought of losing it again is terrifying. Any support you can give will help me keep my home and my independence. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading and for caring.
