<div>In 2022, Brittany was diagnosed with mucinous breast cancer and DCIS with microinvasion. Despite the diagnosis, she pushed through with incredible strength and perseverance —working full-time as a nurse and completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, all while going through 20 painful rounds of radiation and a lumpectomy.

<div>Now, just a few years later, she faces breast cancer for a second time (DCIS and lymph node invasive ductal carcinoma with mucinous characteristics). Her fight will be even harder, as her treatment plan includes a double mastectomy and chemotherapy. And this time, she’s also a mother with a baby who needs her love and care.
