Hello, my name is Brian Hladick and I am starting this GoFundMe for my mother, who is an amazingly strong woman.

A little over 3 years ago, my mom was diagnosed with Stage 4a breast cancer that had already spread to her hip and spine. It is not something that any surgery can cure, as was thought in the beginning stages. Three years later, she is now undergoing her third type of treatment, which has caused a lot of side effects, including hair loss. She now has no hair, courtesy of my sister and her sons shaving it all off for her. Her treatments make her very sick and tired, and she is sick of being sick.

She has been to so many doctor's appointments and treatment appointments, all with her driving herself to and from. She also still works 40 hours a week at her job in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is such an inspiration to me and so many others who love her very much.

Her medical bills are stacking up, and if you ask me, I don't think anyone going through what she is going through should have to work so hard to pay her medical bills, rent, and everything we pay for on a monthly and daily basis. She is fighting hard, and she wants to win. We all want her to. She is going to be 70 this May, and we don't know how many more birthdays she will have, and that's the hard part.

She is way too young to leave us, and she does have a bucket list. So, I am trying to raise funds to help with her medical bills, and maybe she could knock off a couple of things on that list. She has done so much for me in my life and everyone in our family. She has so much more to do in this world, and we only get one life to live, and she is making it count. So here's to making it count!
