<div>My nephew Brandon is a 39-year-old manager at Bay City Recycling Center who has been fighting for his health every day. He is a hardworking husband, stepdad to three girls, and grandpa to six grandkids, and he always puts his family first. For the past <strong>three years</strong>, Brandon has been on dialysis <strong>four </strong>times a <strong>week </strong>and has been waiting for a donor on the kidney transplant list. Despite working hard to support his family, his health challenges have made it difficult to keep up with mounting medical and household expenses.

<div>Before Brandon can receive a life-saving kidney transplant, his doctors have told him he must address serious dental issues. Years without dental care have left him in urgent need of a deep cleaning, a partial root canal, a tooth extraction, and multiple fillings. The transplant team explained that once Brandon starts immune suppressing medications, any infection in his mouth could become life-threatening, spreading quickly to his heart or brain. This makes the dental work not just important, but absolutely necessary for his survival.
