At the time of the accident, she was taking care of our grandmother, 6 children that were not hers but family, and 2 young sons. Her sons were left to quickly find their way in life and be there for their mother.

<div>Weeks ago, my Aunt Jackie decided she was tired—tired of being in and out of hospitals, tired of being poked and uncomfortable—so she made a choice to be moved to hospice. She leaves behind a beautiful granddaughter that will miss her granny very much, 2 sons, a loving daughter-in-law, 2 sisters who love her dearly, 3 nephews, 3 nieces (myself included), and many great-nieces and nephews.
