<div>Athenia has recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and our world has been shaken to the core. She’s a wife, a daughter, sister, friend and a woman who raised 3 beautiful girls with strength, grace, and unconditional love. If you know her, you know she’s a fighter. But this is a fight no one should have to face alone.

<div>The diagnosis came suddenly, and treatment began quickly. Doctors have recommended aggressive chemotherapy and ongoing medical care, which has already begun taking a toll physically, emotionally, and financially. Even with insurance it doesn’t cover everything. The costs are overwhelming: hospital bills, lab work, medications, scans, travel, and care at home. On top of that, she’s had to stop working, which has added more financial pressure on our family.

<div>What my mom needs right now is time to heal  not the constant worry of how she’s going to afford it all.
