On his 21st birthday he was in a horrible motorcycle accident resulting in extensive life threatening injuries. He currently resides in my home country of Guatemala were medical treatment is paid out of pocket only. I have been a citizen of the United States for more than 20 years and I have been able to get a personal loan to assist my family with some of his medical bills; but its still not enough. I am nervous asking for additional help but the burden for me and family here and in Guatemala is just too much. So I find myself asking for any help that folks have in their heart to give.
