<div>On December 16, 2023, Ahmed’s sister was killed during the war in Gaza.

<div>On December 26, 2023, his father was seriously injured.
</div>
<div>On January 19, 2024, Ahmed himself was critically injured by an airstrike.
</div>
<div>One day later, on January 20, 2024, doctors were forced to amputate both of his legs to save his life.
</div>
<div>The suffering continued when Ahmed’s brother was also injured on July 27.
</div>
<div>As if this was not enough, Ahmed’s family home was completely destroyed.
</div>
<div>There is no house to return to. No safe place left.
</div>
<div>On March 6, 2025, Ahmed entered Egypt seeking medical treatment and a chance to survive.
</div>
<div>But survival comes at a cost he simply cannot afford.
</div>
<div>The reality is painful but clear:

<div>– Ahmed’s medical treatment and surgeries: $36,000

<div>– Prosthetic legs, rehabilitation, and long-term medication
