<div>We are reaching out to ask for your support for our beloved brother, uncle, and friend, a proud Vietnam Era Army veteran, who is now facing the fight of his life.

<div>In February 2025, he was diagnosed with lung cancer and bravely underwent both chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Just as he was beginning to recover, he was hospitalized in April with a severe case of COVID-19, spending 7 days in the hospital. Since then, his health has continued to decline, and he has now been diagnosed with congestive heart failure (CHF) and COPD.

<div>He is currently hospitalized again, recently placed on a ventilator due to extremely low oxygen and to let his body rest. There is currently no clear path to if/when he will come home. The emotional and financial toll is mounting. He lives on a very limited, fixed income, and the medical setbacks have left him unable to keep up with basic living expenses.

<div>This GoFundMe is to help him cover essential bills — including his home, car, utilities, and daily necessities — so that he doesn’t lose everything he’s worked so hard for during this incredibly difficult time.
