<div>I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of a close friend and their family during an incredibly difficult time. Osman Shokair, my friend’s brother was involved in a serious traffic accident after being struck by a truck while riding his e-bike at the Strandherd and Greenbank intersection in Ottawa. He is currently in a coma and in a very critical condition in the ICU.
