For over two and a half years, they have lived through bombing, destruction, hunger, and constant fear. Their home was damaged and is no longer safe. They have fled repeatedly, carrying only essential belongings, searching for safety.

<div>Yara and Yumna face even greater danger, because their hearing aids have become damaged and unusable due to war conditions and lack of maintenance. They also suffer from severe psychological trauma due to war, displacement, fear, and loss. They urgently need medical care, rehabilitation, psychotherapy, and access to special education. Egypt is their only realistic chance for safety and recovery.
