<div>We are raising funds for Aya, a 9-year-old Moroccan girl who is my family-in-law’s neighbour. Aya was born healthy, but since the age of 3, she has gradually developed difficulty walking. Her legs have twisted, and she can no longer do daily activities or attend school like other children.

<div>Despite undergoing all possible tests in Morocco, doctors still do not know the cause of her illness. Specialists now recommend sending a sample for genetic testing (myopathy panel) to France, as it cannot be analyzed locally. This test is crucial to understand her condition, guide treatment, and give Aya a chance at a better quality of life.

<div>⚠️ Urgent Appeal: We aim to complete the collection before Tuesday 30.9, as the family must pay for the test no later than Wednesday 01.10. If anyone wishes to donate towards Aya’s future treatment, we will keep the donation page open for longer.

<div>Malgré tous les examens possibles effectués au Maroc, les médecins n’ont toujours pas trouvé la cause de sa maladie. Les spécialistes recommandent désormais d’envoyer un échantillon en France pour un test génétique (panel de myopathies), car il ne peut pas être analysé sur place. Cet examen est essentiel pour comprendre sa condition, orienter le traitement et donner à Aya une chance d’avoir une meilleure qualité de vie.
