For over 50 years, they restored countless vintage and modern cars, building a legacy of craftsmanship, integrity, and generosity. The business became a local landmark, known for turning rusted shells into award-winning showpieces.

<div>But the last decade has brought immense challenges: Don's battle with Alzheimer’s, his passing in 2022, a pandemic, and mounting financial pressures. Despite many efforts to sell the physical business and allow Lilah a debt-free retirement, serious buyers were blocked by the building landlord.

<div>Now Lilah has been given a <strong>30-day eviction notice </strong>to be out of the commercial space they've occupied for 37 years. Lilah was denied even a modest 60-day extension to settle the business and avoid devastating losses. If nothing changes, she could face over <strong>$100,000 in debt</strong> and personal bankruptcy which is an impossible burden for anyone, let alone an 86-year-old widow.
