<div>For over 24 years, I have been navigating life as a disabled woman—fighting not just for my health, but for my ability to live with dignity inside a medical system that often feels impossible to survive.

<div>I have spent decades advocating for myself, searching for answers, and pushing through pain that most people will never see.

<div>Because here’s the truth:

<div>chronic pain is often invisible—but that does not make it any less real.

</div>

<div>What you don’t always see is what it takes just for me to get through a single day.

<div>Over time, my diagnoses have grown to more than 25 conditions, including

<div>Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Lyme disease, degenerative disc disease, thyroid cancer, eczema, endometriosis—and more.

</div>

<div>Each diagnosis came with another layer of complexity.

</div>

<div>Another bill.

</div>

<div>Another treatment not covered.

</div>

<div>Another moment of choosing between care and stability.

</div>

<div>And like so many people in this country, I have done what we’re told to do—I have worked, saved, and shown up for my life.
