<div>I had surgery on my right hand on April 18th. I was told by my employer that I would qualify for short term disability. Well, that hasn't happened. As of June 5th, I was informed that I am not eligible for any funds. My appeal has gone in the wrong direction. I am still waiting to hear from DES if I will be getting any Unemployment benefits. I have submitted all the required documents several times and as of today I still am in a holding process.
