A Heartbreaking Court Decision
Despite the overwhelming evidence of the loving, stable home Hazel has known her entire life, the court recently ruled in favor of returning Hazel to her abusive mother — a decision based on false narratives and on questions that were never asked during trial.
This ruling puts Hazel’s safety and future in serious jeopardy. We cannot and will not give up on protecting her. That’s why we are moving forward with an appeal of this unjust decision.
