<div>I’ve recently lost a dear friend of our family. This friend was taken from us very suddenly, leaving us all in shock and disbelief. The family has been emotionally devastated, as an unexpected loss will leave you. While facing this tragedy, mourning, and grieving, they will eventually have to address the obvious financial burden this loss will cause.

<div>Most of us have families and all of us have bills. We all know what it’s like to rely on that check to pay each bill, without having much left over at the end of the month. We all work hard to support ourselves and our families, so we all can imagine how it would feel to be faced with a sudden loss of income that will no longer allow us to live the way we always have. That’s exactly what is happening to this family. From one day to the next, they’ve lost $150,000 annual income on top of all the unexpected costs of organizing a funeral and burial.

<div><strong>I know I’m asking a lot and that a lot of us don’t have much money to spare, but whatever you can donate to help would go to a great cause.</strong> All of us together can make a difference and help this family. Although our donations may help alleviate some financial burdens, it will never bring back their loved one.
