<div> Help Us Build West Texas’ First Cruelty-Case Dog Sanctuary
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Law N Paws Is Merging Locations with Pet Guardian Angel — Same Mission, Stronger Future
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since 2017, Law N Paws has rescued over 600 dogs — all victims of cruelty, neglect, or abandonment — through referrals from the El Paso Police Department’s Animal Cruelty Unit. Founded by Detective Vanessa Acosta, we are one of the few cruelty-focused dog rescues in the region.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, we’re at a crossroads — and we need your help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Due to rising rent and an ongoing county construction project, our current shelter is no longer safe or sustainable. The county has begun building a linear park and a 6-foot wall that will soon cut off the only entrance to our property. Fire and safety concerns have made it clear: we must relocate before the project is complete.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While we were initially given a June 30th deadline, we’ve been granted a short extension — but time is still running out.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> The Next Chapter
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re excited to announce that Law N Paws is merging locations with our longtime friends at Pet Guardian Angel. This transition allows us to relocate our operations to a shared property, expand capacity, and build a permanent sanctuary dedicated to cruelty-case survivors.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Although we will share space, Law N Paws will remain its own independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit and lead operations at the new location. This opportunity gives us the foundation to finally create something we’ve dreamed of for years:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>️ El Paso, Texas’ first dedicated sanctuary for cruelty survivors.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> What We Need: $200,000 for Phase One
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The new property offers land and infrastructure — but we must build and install our own kennel systems to care for the 75+ dogs in our rescue.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re raising $200,000 to cover:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>✅ 80 Golden Retriever-style kennels at $450 each
</div>
<div>✅ 4 large metal roofing panels
</div>
<div>✅ Wood, screws, cement slabs, and hardware for safe, long-term housing
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each full kennel setup includes:
</div>
<div>•	Large wire kennel
</div>
<div>•	Four 10x10 metal panels
</div>
<div>•	Dog house and raised bed
</div>
<div>•	Roofing panel
</div>
<div>•	Foundation materials for security and sanitation
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These aren’t just kennels — they’re safety, dignity, and healing for dogs who’ve survived starvation, beatings, and abandonment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Why We Need Your Help
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Law N Paws receives no city, state, or government funding. We rely solely on donations and medical grants.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support will directly build the safe haven our cruelty survivors desperately need. With your help, they won’t just survive — they’ll thrive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Please donate, share, and spread the word.
</div>
<div>Let’s raise a paw — and raise the walls of a sanctuary built on compassion.
