<div>After weeks of suffering, Samir and his mother, Duaa Zaqout, were evacuated from Gaza and are now safely in Amman, Jordan, where Samir is receiving urgent medical treatment. His recovery journey is long and difficult — he still needs multiple surgeries, prosthetic limbs, rehabilitation therapy, and proper nutrition to regain strength and live as normal a life as possible.
