<div>Our dear friend Tim Perry—a longtime member of the Richmond Volleyball Club community—is facing the fight of his life. In October, Tim was diagnosed with end-stage pulmonary fibrosis, an 80% blockage of a major coronary artery, and Scleroderma, an autoimmune disease. His best hope for survival is an open-heart bypass and a double lung transplant—performed at the same time.

<div>Tim is now on continuous oxygen, so it's critical. <strong>Currently three institutions may be able to help Tim. Regardless of where he lands for the transplant, there are enormous challenges ahead.</strong> He and his wife Amy must relocate to that location for 9–12 months for surgery, recovery, and follow-up care.

<div>Insurance covers much of the medical cost, but not the living expenses required to relocate and stay near the hospital. They’ll need to rent a home, cover daily expenses, and handle travel and caregiving costs while living far from their support network in Virginia and Florida.
