<div>I’ve been diagnosed with end-stage liver disease caused by Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH). This condition has slowly taken away my health and energy, and now, after months of tests and fighting to stay strong, I’ve been told that I need a liver transplant to survive.

<div>It’s hard to put into words how frightening this has been. I’m a mother, and my children are my world. Every day, I wake up hoping for more time with them—to see their smiles, to hold their hands, and to be present for the life we still have to live together.

<div>Right now, I’m in the middle of the transplant evaluation process, and with that comes a tidal wave of costs—travel back and forth to my transplant center, temporary lodging, time away from work, medication, and follow-up care that will continue long after the surgery.

<div>While I have insurance, it does not cover everything. The gaps are wide, and I cannot bridge them alone.
