<div>We are a small, dedicated Volunteer Fire Department proudly serving the rural community just outside the city limits of Gallatin, Tennessee. For decades, we've answered every call, day or night, rain or shine — fueled not by big budgets, but by a deep love for the people we protect.

<div>Unfortunately, we’re currently facing serious hardships that are threatening our ability to respond when our community needs us most.

</div>

<div>What We're Up Against:

</div>

<div>Our rescue truck broke down, and we paid a local repair shop over $6,000 — only to have the vehicle returned in worse condition. It now doesn’t run at all, and we have to pay again for new repairs.

</div>

<div>Our main fire engine also broke down and needed critical repairs.

</div>

<div>Our backup engine is over 40 years old and can no longer pass a pump test — putting us at serious risk during fire response.

</div>

<div>Our station roof was damaged in recent storms, leaving a hole that leaks water which, floods our office area and damages equipment.

</div>

<div>Despite these setbacks, our monthly expenses for fuel, insurance, and basic operations continue to rise, while our annual funding from the county remains at just $24,000 — barely enough to cover the essentials.

</div>

<div>To make matters worse, our Chief has been paying for repairs and towing bills out of his own pocket, just to keep us operational and avoid draining our limited funds.
