<div>Am 30.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Der Erlös dieser Kampagne geht an Nzoys Angehörige, weil ...</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
Fr. 15</strong>'<strong>000.--</strong> gekostet.

<div>Wir freuen uns über jeden Beitrag!
</div>
<div>DANKE.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Nous sommes heureuxes de chaque contribution!
</div>
<div>MERCI !

<div>On August 30, 2021, in Morges, a police officer shot Nzoy Roger Wilhelm instead of helping him out of an emergency situation. Video footage proves that the four police officers present left Nzoy on the ground for over four minutes without giving him first aid. Instead, they handcuffed him. In radio contact with the emergency call center, the police officers did not describe Nzoy's condition, but his skin color.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The proceeds of this campaign by the Justice4Nzoy alliance will go to Nzoy's relatives, because ...</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>... until today, Nzoy's family has to fight for a legal reappraisal. So far these efforts have cost <strong>about CHF 7,000</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>... Nzoy's siblings first had to prove their close relationship to their brother in order to be allowed to file a lawsuit. Twice they were rejected. Their extension claim for failure to assist was also dismissed, proving the bias of the prosecutor.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>... after more than a year, the truth about what happened has not yet been clarified. Therefore, Nzoy's relatives have to hire forensic investigators themselves. The family expects this to cost <strong>80,000 Swiss francs</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>... the family must assume that the public prosecutor, due to his bias, will only allow expert opinions in favor of the police. Therefore, the family has to pay for additional necessary expert opinions on its own. The amounts involved are <strong>between Fr. 5'000.-- and 10'000.-- per expert opinion</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>...it is impossible that the press has more evidence than the file of the public prosecutor.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>... experience has shown that the public prosecutor's office deliberately drags out trials that reveal the deadly racism of the police. This is on the assumption that the plaintiffs will run out of money. For example, the case of Mohamed Wa Baile, which has gone through all instances up to the European Court of Justice, has cost <strong>a total of over Fr. 150,000</strong>; the case of Wilson A. <strong>over Fr. 500,000</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>... the public relations work carried out by Nzoy's family and friends must be supported. This important work draws attention to the deadly racial profiling of the Swiss police. In the canton of Vaud alone, four Black men have died at the hands of the police in the last four years without the police being held accountable. To date, this work has cost <strong>approximately Fr. 15,000</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are happy about every contribution!
</div>
<div>THANK YOU.
