<div>Please help if you can! As many of you may know, my biological father, <strong>Thomas O’Shaughnessy</strong>, recently got surgery to remove a large tumor in the brain. Shortly thereafter, he was diagnosed with a rare form of aggressive brain cancer. He has chosen to continue to fight to live via radiation therapy treatments, home care, and therapy. <strong>Unfortunately, since he has chosen not to go into hospice just yet and fight to live rather, insurance has denied coverage for both hospital/care facilities and rehab as well as funding to help him cover a caretaker to help him on this journey.</strong> The hospital is releasing him today to go live alone back in his home, and I want to do all I can to try and help him survive and sustain safely. We started a GoFundMe in an attempt to try and raise what he can to help him survive on his own, cover bills, radiation treatments, and to pay a caretaker to help him.
