<div>The Food Project's youth employment programs pay teens $15/hour to help our farmers grow vegetables on farmland in Boston, Lynn, Lincoln, and Wenham. The harvest is distributed to food access organizations, our SNAP/HIP-accessible farmers markets, and free or affordable veggie box programs run with partner agencies.

<div>We provide shirts, hats, and all the other protective gear needed for long summer days on the farms—rain or shine. It costs approximately $65 to outfit each of our 108 teens with a full supply of shirts and a hat.
