<div>During a dance workshop in Benin on june 2025 , I met filmmaker Alison Felicite from Martinique /France — a meeting that turned into an unexpected creative journey.

<div>She began filming me spontaneously, capturing moments of truth and movement. “We must finish this film,” she said, “even if we are far apart.”

<div>I am Shatha Yassin. My art explores the body as a language — transforming pain, memory, and resistance into dance.

<div>Our project bridges my country and Martinique, weaving stories of distance, friendship, and hope.

<div>We now need your support to bring Alison to my country to continue filming.
