As one of the “Lost Boys of Sudan,” he survived war, displacement, and life in a refugee camp where he witnessed the preventable deaths of loved ones due to lack of medical care. These early experiences inspired his lifelong mission to bring health and hope to underserved communities in South Sudan.

Today, he works at Salinas Valley Health in California while using his own resources to build a free medical center in Buagyi, now 60% completed.
