<div>I first started playing basketball in 2022, learning at local parks and through my community. I discovered a passion for the sport, as it became a stress reliever balancing study with life. It wasn’t until late 2024 that I managed to play arranged basketball for the first time at Northumbria University.

<div>Somebody once told me, “When opportunities knock, seize them without hesitation.” The Under 19s team is the last age range for which I am eligible to play for the Fil Euro Nation Select. I want to take this as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, as I am turning 20 in April (the month after this event).
