<div>"Eyes on The River", is the Juneau Flood Solution Advocate’s latest project. With the installation of the HESCO barriers, there is a need more than ever to be able to see what is happening on our river. This project will endeavor to install solar-powered, night vision cameras on private property in key locations along the Mendenhall River. With the goal of live streaming for the public before, during, and after the declared outburst period.
