<div>In September 2021, 3-year-old Kabod Eshetu went to the hospital with a distended, sore belly. By God's grace, an Emergency Department doctor recognized the symptoms. He was quickly diagnosed with leukemia and started treatment right away.

<div>Kabod is so brave, and he has endured so much. He is such a fighter, and we are so proud of him! The doctors, nurses and staff have been amazing! Unfortunately, the cancer has not responded to the treatments. The family has decided it is time to stop treatment and spend time together. We believe that God can heal Kabod.

<div>The Eshetu family is on the Ontario Disability Benefit Program (ODSP) as Kabod’s father, Worku, was injured in an accident before their family came to Canada as refugees. He was left paralyzed, and his wife, Genet, became his primary caregiver.

<div>With a minimal income, any extra expense is very challenging to manage. There have been many costs that have come up in the care of Kabod and his family. We want to help cover these extra expenses.

<div>We appreciate all of you who have come alongside the Eshetu family. Every prayer, every meal, and every encouragement has spoken life and blessings to this precious family. We now ask that you consider giving financially. Please help us reach our goal of $20,000 to help provide the family with housekeeping services, meals, and other needs that arise.

<div>Genet, Worku and their entire family are beyond grateful for the love and support they have already received. Please consider any way you can support this family financially. Let's lift these precious loved ones and outdo one another in love!
