<div>Hi, my name is Erica and I’m reaching out for help during one of the most difficult times in my life. I’ve been diagnosed with a rare form of cushions disorder and a brain tumor that needs to be removed as soon as possible. After months of pushing through the pain and symptoms, I can no longer wait—I need brain surgery, and it’s scheduled for June 10th.

<div>As a working mom to a sweet 5-year-old boy, I’ve done everything I can to stay strong and keep going. But this surgery is critical to my health, and I will be out work during recovery which can vary and can’t be determined after the surgery. The out-of-pocket cost for the procedure is $5,100, and the hospital requires payment two weeks before the surgery to keep my spot on the schedule, and the remaining balance due on the day of surgery which is approximately 3 weeks from now.
