<div>I had never heard of cosmetic chemistry. I didn’t know product development could be a career. I simply hadn’t been exposed to what was possible.

<div>That experience inspired STEM Beauty Lab—so the next generation of girls doesn’t have to discover those possibilities by chance.

<div>We introduce underrepresented and underserved girls and young women to the exciting world where STEM meets beauty through hands-on learning, mentorship, career exposure, scholarships, and connections with the scientists, innovators, founders, and industry leaders shaping the future of beauty.
