<div>Gio Camarro is a bright, motivated Deaf student with a growing passion for connecting with others and discovering his strengths. This summer, Gio has the incredible opportunity to attend a two-week session at Camp Isola Bella in Connecticut—a unique camp designed specifically for Deaf and hard of hearing teens.

<div>Camp Isola Bella’s philosophy is “learning through experience.” Through hands-on activities, peer connection, and supportive guidance, campers are encouraged to set goals, challenge themselves, and discover their own abilities. The camp fosters self-esteem and confidence by creating meaningful social experiences, where campers are surrounded by encouragement, understanding, and a shared language.

<div>For Gio, this is more than just a summer camp—it’s a chance to build lasting friendships with other Deaf teens, strengthen his identity, and grow in independence and confidence. Experiences like this are powerful and often life-changing, especially for students who thrive in environments where communication is fully accessible and inclusive.

<div>We are raising funds to help cover the cost of Gio’s camp tuition so he can take part in this truly special opportunity. Any contribution, big or small, will bring Gio one step closer to a summer filled with growth, connection, and unforgettable experiences.

<div>Thank you for supporting Gio and helping make this dream a reality!
