<div>My name is Jordan. I am raising money to get my best friend Bo surgery. He is in pain constantly and has trouble sitting and passing stool. South Asheville Veterinary Emergency &amp; Specialty says he has a perineal hernia and needs surgery to repair it. <strong>I do not have the ability to pay for this surgery alone.</strong> Bo is full of love and life; he is my cuddle bug when I lay down, and he is always right there when I wake up. He is the first thing I see when I open my eyes and the last thing I see when I go to sleep. He goes to work with me every day. We do landscaping and lawn care together. He is very smart and just wants to be loved. When I rescued him, he had heartworms and hookworms. He was tied to a tree and didn't have water or food. He was so skinny I could see every bone in his face and body. The worms ate his nutrition to the point that he will never be full-sized; he will eternally look like a puppy Mal. I was told that if I did not take him, they were going to just shoot him. Hearing this, I could not bear to think of that; he was all alone. I got him the procedure to take care of the worms he had, and he has since put on weight. <strong>I promised him I would never tie him up like he was when I found him, and I never have.</strong> It is hard to ask for help, but I have no choice. If we do not get the surgery he is looking at constant pain and they tell me that his intestines and/or bladder can be pushed through the hernia and cause an even more dire emergency. I am asking for help to avoid this for him. He doesn't deserve to be in pain, he is just a sweet boy who loves to be loved. <strong>Every dollar raised here will go towards his upcoming surgery! </strong>
