<div>​He was rushed to the Sutter Emergency Room in Sacramento after suffering a sudden, debilitating headache. After immediate CT and MRI scans, doctors found a devastating mass: a very large, aggressive 7cm glioma on his brain.

<div>​The medical team has been upfront: this is a severe and fast-moving cancer, likely a highly aggressive Glioblastoma. We've been given a heartbreaking choice:

<div>1. ​High-Risk Surgery: Attempt to remove the tumor, but with a high risk of losing his ability to speak and possibly to hear, and without a guarantee of long-term survival. They particularly mentioned approximately 12-16 months.

<div>​2. Limited Chemotherapy: Slows the progression, but only for a limited time.

<div>​No matter the path, the prognosis is incredibly challenging. We are facing a race against time and a battle to maximize the time he has left with our family.
