<div><strong>My teaching philosophy is all about fostering independence and creativity through hands-on, student-led learning.</strong> Through my time spent as a clinical lead teacher at the Nancy Darden Child Development Center at ECU, I practiced under the Montessori &amp; Reggio Emilia philosophy and still use those philosophies in my classroom.

<div>In order to grow and adapt a new generation of learners and foster creativity, engineering, and independent thinking, I always try to create as many opportunities for open-ended creative play through STEAM initiatives.
