<div>Hi, my name is Devon Garrett, and I’m a proud mom to my little boy, Maslow Jax. I recently went through a major surgery that changed my life — doctors discovered a large tumor in my abdomen that required removing my uterus, and now I’m preparing to begin chemotherapy. It’s been one of the hardest seasons of my life physically, emotionally, and financially.

<div>Even with my faith and determination, this journey has taken a huge toll. I was so proud to have started a career position at the courthouse earlier this year, but due to my surgery and upcoming chemo, I can’t return to work for at least 12 weeks. Unfortunately, I wasn’t yet eligible for medical leave or a cancer policy, so I’ve hit a dead end financially. I’ve tried every angle for assistance, but right now, I simply need help to stay afloat until I can get back on my feet and back to work.
