<div>Harmony has been in the hospital for over six weeks, bravely fighting through Stage 5 kidney disease, Stage 3 Hidradenitis Suppurativa, diabetes, high blood pressure, and severe edema. Her strength and spirit have carried her this far, but she has a long road of recovery ahead.

<div>Before Harmony can come home from the hospital and rehab they urgently need help — both financially and physically — to make her home safe and accessible again.
