<div>Je m’appelle Laura et je lance cette collecte pour ma chienne Mya, ma compagne de vie depuis 13 ans. Quand je l'ai adoptée, c'était une petite tornade pleine d’énergie et elle a immédiatement rempli ma vie de joie. Aujourd’hui, elle approche les 14 ans et traverse des problèmes de santé complexes.

<div>Elle a besoin d’examens, de suivi médical et de traitements, et les coûts augmentent très rapidement. En tant qu’étudiante à temps plein et travaillant à temps partiel, je fais tout mon possible, mais cela devient difficile à assumer seule.

<div>Demander de l’aide est très inconfortable pour moi. Je ne veux surtout pas que cela ressemble à une obligation ou à une attente. C’est simplement un geste d’amour pour lui offrir les meilleurs soins possibles, comme elle l’a toujours fait pour moi à travers son réconfort, sa compagnie, sa joie et sa belle énergie.

<div>My name is Laura, and I am starting this fundraiser for my dog Mya, my life companion for the past 13 years. When I adopted her, she was a little tornado full of energy who instantly filled my life with joy. Today, she is almost 14 years old and is going through complex health challenges.

<div>She requires medical tests, ongoing veterinary care, and treatments, and the costs are rising very quickly. As a full-time student working part-time, I am doing absolutely everything I can, but it has become difficult to manage on my own.

This is simply an act of love, so that I can give her the best care possible—just as she has always given me comfort, companionship, joy, and her beautiful, fiery energy throughout her life.
