Daron and family with medical everyday expenses

I am updating this as heart breaking as it is. My husband was diagnosed with cancer and after a year of hope and lots of prayers the doctors have said we are in end stage metastatic cancer. Our daily living costs, medical expenses, and dreaded end of life expenses are overwhelming. We have 3 young children and trying to keep their lives as normal as possible. Any and all donations are extremely appreciated.

Dear Friends, Family & Loved Ones,

My name is Jerrilynn and I created this Go Fund Me on behalf of my husband who was recently diagnosed with cancer of the esophagus. Last month, Daron went to the emergency room because he could no longer swallow food or water. Unfortunately, after a whole bunch of tests and scans we heard the words that no one wants to hear “you have cancer”. Daron’s official diagnosis is esophageal carcinoma and although his prognosis is good we still have a very long road ahead of us. Daron’s treatment plan included a preliminary surgery where they had to insert a feeding tube to ensure that he receives the recommended amount of nutrition to sustain him while he goes through treatment. He is starting chemo and radiation in hopes to reduce the size of the tumor so that they can remove it.

As a result, Daron has had to take a temporary leave of absence from work for 15 weeks, leaving us in a financially tough situation. We are asking for donations to help us with medical expenses and to help support our family of 5.
