<div>¿Cuáles son los proyectos que forman DALLOU?

<div>DALLOU es un ecosistema de iniciativas culturales, educativas y comunitarias que, en colaboración con Baobab Island, desarrolla un programa público permanente denominado "Xelal sa xel" (Teach your Brain), dirigido tanto a la comunidad local como a visitantes internacionales. Este programa está compuesto por:

<div>¿Cuál es la economía de DALLOU?
</div>
<div>Como parte de la visión a largo plazo de DALLOU, "Nice to be Nice Food" nace como un proyecto complementario y estratégico que constituye la base económica para garantizar la sostenibilidad de la residencia artística y de las iniciativas culturales, sociales y educativas que se desarrollarán en ella. Concebido como un espacio de street food, el proyecto combina una oferta gastronómica de pizzas artesanales y especialidades a la parrilla con una fuerte misión social. Más que un negocio de restauración, se plantea como una empresa social capaz de generar recursos propios mientras crea un impacto directo en la comunidad. A través de un modelo que integra actividad económica, formación profesional y compromiso social, impulsará la creación de empleo estable e inclusivo, ofrecerá formación práctica en elaboración de pizzas, técnicas de cocina, gestión de equipos y uso de equipamiento profesional, y promoverá el consumo de productos frescos y de temporada procedentes de agricultores y productores locales. Asimismo, contará con la colaboración de cocineros de distintos países europeos, favoreciendo el intercambio de conocimientos y el enriquecimiento cultural. Los ingresos generados por el servicio de street food, junto con talleres de formación, actividades gastronómicas, eventos culturales y colaboraciones , contribuirán a financiar y fortalecer el proyecto DALLOU, consolidando un modelo autosostenible en el que la gastronomía se convierte en un motor de desarrollo económico, inclusión social y crecimiento comunitario en Sayang Paradise Beach.
