<div>My name is Oscar, and I’ve recently completed my military service. I feel now is the time to pursue one of my long-held dreams: a backpacking/bikepacking journey. My plan is to do this before taking the next step in life, which will most likely be continuing my path within the armed forces.

<div>That’s why I’ve now decided to embark on a journey from Sweden to Portugal.

<div>I am also starting this fund for people to support me along the way with a daily beer for peddling. Each day I will post a video of the journey progressing and a clip showing the beer I reward myself as well as thanking/mentioning the person the beer is dedicated from!

<div>This will also be my very first trip of such distance and challenges!

<div>I want to create a journey based on a “checkpoint” system, where I have various destinations along the way that I plan to stop at. My goal isn’t just to reach a final destination, but to truly enjoy the journey itself.

<div>I’ve decided to do this solo with the purpose of strengthening myself as an individual and proving that anyone with big enough dreams can do the same!
